Policy:
We hate SPAM as much as anyone, maybe even more. You can be absolutely assured that we will NOT distribute any of your personal information without your explicit permission. As part of our online ordering system, it is necessary for PayPal Inc. to collect certain customer information to process your online payments. Please refer to the PayPal privacy policy for more information. Call or email us for more information on your privacy.
Ordering and Payments: For "Buy Now" online ordering, payments can be made securely using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. Additionally, customers with a PayPal account may also utilize their PayPal account for instant or e-check payments. Customers opting for credit card payments are NOT required to have a PayPal account.
Orders can also be accepted via Fax or Mail, using our Order Form*. Mail orders can be paid with Visa credit cards, Money Orders (International Money Orders for customers outside Canada), bank drafts or checks (certified checks recommended - personal checks require 10 days to clear before items are shipped). Fax orders can be paid using Visa credit cards only at this point.
Orders shipped within Canada will be subject to 5% Goods and Service Tax (GST). Orders shipped (or picked up) within Manitoba are additionally subject to 7% Provincial Sales Tax.
Orders from outside Canada or the USA should contact us first to confirm payment and shipping information.
If ordering custom tuned performance chips, or custom tuned Flash tuners, you MUST fill out and submit the vehicle Specifications Form prior to placing your order (Specifications Sheet* can also be downloaded and printed to include with Mail or Fax orders). Shipping Information: In stock items are normally shipped within 24 hours. Back ordered items are normally shipped within 10 days after an order is received. Shipping times therefore typically range from 3-15 days for Canadian and US orders. We can provide express shipping options if desired, please contact us prior to ordering.
All items are normally shipped via Canada Post. Shipping charges include insurance, tracking and handling fees.
Orders from within Manitoba may be picked up in person, thus saving any shipping and handling fees.
Orders from outside Canada or the USA should contact us first to confirm payment and shipping information.
Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to further duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Wolf Performance Engineering is not responsible for collecting any foreign duties and taxes when accepting orders, so we recommend you check your local importing regulations before ordering.

Refunds and Returns: Custom Tuning charges are non-refundable. However we do stand behind our tunes, and will make reasonable attempts to revise the tune until you're happy. We do sell race and performance products. As a result,
some products do not carry any warranty. It's best to check with the individual
manufacturers for their warranty terms. Email
us if you need help finding the warranty terms from a specific manufacturer. If an item is found to be defective, we will work with the customer and manufacturer to help replace the item.
TwEECers and non-custom tuned Flash Tuners may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt provided they are
still in the original box, complete and in unused, like-new condition. Refunds are subject to a 15% restocking charge, and will only be paid after the device is confirmed to be unused (ie. Flash tuners must be proven to be "unlocked"). We do not refund shipping, PayPal or Credit Card charges for returned items.
There will be no refunds on any hardware that has been damaged or modified
in any way.
Customers must contact us in advance to obtain a Return Authorization Number before shipping any items back for refund or exchange.

Customer Service Philosophy: It's really simple: We want happy, satisfied customers. We've had bad experiences with other companies through poor service, and we don't want to be like them. So we'll bust our butts to help you out until you're happy. We may not have the cheapest, most cut-throat prices out there, but we hope to make up for that in expertise, and customer service.
